• Reviewing Engineering Request for Estimation, Shop drawing & submittal, to verify and reconfirm if the details provided by customer is sufficient to carry out their request and ensure timely submission of ERF (Time frame within a day) and to coordinate with CRM Team for discrepancy in project details.
• Technical support for sales & marketing.
• Responsible for all technical meeting with Contractor, Consultant, Client.
• Responsible for Providing system presentations (SPK, FF, FM200, FOAM, IG, DELUGE) for Contractor, Consultant, Client.
• Assisting consultant & contractor during factory visits.
• Pre Estimation Site inspections/Site visit/site survey.
• Respond to customers’ enquiries in a timely manner with precise solution.
• Submitting Histograms/reports on weekly basis about the Sales enquiries/output from engineering etc. to the Marketing Head.
• Follow up sales and marketing with their pending enquiries, where there is major issues.
• Estimation (only for supply jobs), if urgently required.
• Immediate support for marketing job engineering requirements in early stage.
• Verifying details for the copy quotations.
• Providing system presentations (SPK, FF, FM200, FOAM, IG, DELUGE, FA, EM, VE) for the NAFFCO new joined sales/marketing engineers.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time assigned by Marketing Head

• A degree preferable in Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support for fire fighting systems.
• Experience working in the fire protection industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire fighting system components and their functions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
